Pope Francis was admitted this Wednesday, 29, to the Gemelli hospital in Rome, to undergo “scheduled medical examinations”, according to the Vatican. “The Holy Father is at Gemelli (hospital) for previously scheduled tests,” said the director of the Holy See’s press office, Matteo Bruni. The pontiff, who completed 10 years of papacy on March 13, has been experiencing health problems for some time and has even suspended some commitments because he is not feeling well.
