Summer Zervos accuses the former US president of kissing and groping her against her will in 2007
Summer Zervos, former competitor of the program the apprentice, who accused the former president of USA, Donald Trump, of sexual assault withdrew from the libel suit this Friday, 12. The case was opened in 2017 in the state of Nova York. Zervos said Trump damaged his reputation by making her and other women who allege assault and harassment against him were making things up. The court said the case was closed and discontinued and that Zervos will not be able to file the same suit in state court in the future. Each party will have to cover its own costs. Summer accused Trump of kissing and groping her against her will in 2007. He denies the allegations. The former president’s lawyers called the withdrawal of the case “prudent”.
