Bolivia: bad weather, at least 14 dead and thousands of homeless

In an interview with the radio Exito, the Deputy Minister of Civil Defense, Juan Carlos Calvimontes, specified that the first nine fatal victims of recent days due to heavy rains and the overflow of rivers, have now been joined by another five resulting from accidents related the impracticability of road communication routes.
