(ANSA) – LA PAZ, 22 DEC – A wave of bad weather that coincided with the start of the wet season has for the moment caused the death of 14 people in Bolivia and damage to the homes of thousands of people.
In an interview with the radio Exito, the Deputy Minister of Civil Defense, Juan Carlos Calvimontes, specified that the first nine fatal victims of recent days due to heavy rains and the overflow of rivers, have now been joined by another five resulting from accidents related the impracticability of road communication routes.
