Epstein: woman appears ready to testify against Andrea

(ANSA) – LONDON, JAN 18 – A woman appears in the United Kingdom who says she is “willing” to testify in the civil lawsuit for sexual assault filed in the US by Virginia Giuffre against Prince Andrew. The possible witness claims to have seen the two together in a London nightclub 20 years ago.

This is what we read in the Guardian which quotes an email from American lawyer Lisa Bloom: “I am proud to represent Shukri Walker, who has bravely come forward as a witness and also encourages others who may have information to do so”. She added: “She is willing to make the deposition that Virginia Giuffre’s legal team is looking for.” Bloom’s statement to the Guardian followed a petition by Giuffre’s lawyers to Manhattan Federal Court Judge Lewis Kaplan to officially seek assistance from British authorities in obtaining Walker’s testimony. The witness would have noticed the Duke of York in the company of a young girl just around the time Giuffre accuses the prince of abusing her in the British capital after being together at the Tramp Nightclub. Andrea has always denied this and other similar accusations about the encounters with one of the victims of the American fixer Jeffrey Epstein, who died in a cell in New York in 2019. (ANSA).
