Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has tested positive for coronavirus after visiting Ukraine. He wrote about this in his microblog Twitter.
“Today, my wife and I tested positive for COVID-19. Fortunately, we have a mild form of omicron disease,” the Turkish president wrote.
At the same time, the wife of the Turkish leader also confirmed that they had contracted the coronavirus.
