Fiat Strada is confirmed as the best-selling vehicle in Brazil

Sales record in Brazil for Fiat Strada. The compact pick-up from the Italian manufacturer ranked first overall for registrations in the South American country for the eighteenth month in a row. The success in May, achieved with 9,716 vehicles delivered, also drove the manufacturer to conquer the top step of the podium in the sales ranking by brand.
In the Top Ten for May, a month that counted a total of 165,291 registrations, Volkswagen Polo (7,636 plates) came second and Chevrolet Onix (6,947) came third. There are two other Fiat models in the standings: the Toro pick-up, ninth with 4,986 number plates, and the compact Argo, tenth with 4,710 units.
Fourth to eighth place: VW T-Cros (6,012), Chevrolet Onix Plus (5,624), Jeep Compass (5,560), Chevrolet Tracker (5,436) and Hyundai Creta (5,268).
Overall, in the first 5 months of the year the Italian company delivered 164,463 vehicles to Brazil, with 21.7% of the market.
