Passenger lying on the roof of a moving car, 3 fines

The occupants of a Renault Clio that had been filmed as it traveled the Prato city ring road with a passenger lying on its roof were all identified and sanctioned by the municipal police.

A dangerous scene that caught the attention of other motorists who in fact filmed and published the crazy stunt”. Yesterday the police had “already identified the driver” who was “heavily fined. Today the other two occupants of the car were identified, the boy who was lying on the roof and another passenger. The young people, also in their twenties, justified themselves by declaring that they wanted to celebrate the maturity they had just achieved and were fined for their dangerous behavior”.

In particular, those who are required to enforcing the rules is lacking effective tools to counter these new critical issues such as challenges on social networks: if a serious fact does not result, as fortunately happened in this case, the operational tools offered by the current legislation are found to be ineffective: in In this case, everything was resolved with administrative pecuniary sanctions contained in the highway code”.
