Zenvo presents its 1850 HP Aurora hypercar

At Monterey Car Week, Danish manufacturer Zenvo unveiled its latest creation, a hybrid V-12 hypercar it has dubbed the Aurora. The road model is the lightest and most powerful built by Zenvo and is based on a monocoque carbon fiber frame.
Behind the cab is the very powerful 6.6-liter turbocharged V-12 engine that can produce over 1250 horsepower. Developed by Mahle Powertrain, the 90-degree V-12 uses a configuration with the turbochargers positioned between the cylinder banks. There are two versions of Aurora envisaged, namely the Tur variant, considered the more ‘road-ready’, in addition to the Agil, more ‘aggressive’ due to a whole series of aerodynamic tricks.
The Agil is rear-wheel drive and uses a single 200hp electric motor that brings total power to 1450hp, while the Tur comes with all-wheel drive and two 200hp electric motors. This configuration allows to reach 1850 HP. Power is managed through a seven-speed gearbox, with different settings depending on the Aurora variant. Zenvo’s intentions are to build only 50 units of Tur and as many of Agil. Production will begin in 2025 and the first Auroras will be delivered to their owners in 2026.
Price, not declared even if as a reference point, from which to start for an upward estimate, there is that of the Tsr-S 2019 which costs 1.6 million dollars.
