The correct location of vehicles on the road ensures the movement of the same roads. But do you remember all DA requirements regarding how cars should be located?
To test your knowledge, use the task published by the YouTube channel “By! Rules”. Your task is to determine which of the two drivers will violate the rules by fulfilling the conceived maneuver.
In the image that sets the conditions of the problem, we see a red car, the driver of which planned the turn left through the tram rails. As well as a green machine that signals a turn to the right. Here are the answer options for questions that will break in the following conditions:
- The driver of the red car;
- Green driver;
- Both drivers will break;
- Both will not violate the rules.
Consider the situation of the green car. Its driver will turn right and turned on the corresponding turn indicator for this. In addition, he occupied the appropriate position on the roadway in advance.
The signs of the “directions of the stripes”, “main road” and “pedestrian crossing”, which he sees in front of him, does not prevent the driver from performing an intended maneuver. But in this case, the sign 5.23.3 “Debt” may be puzzled. This may seem like an inexperienced driver that he prohibits the movement of law. However, in fact, this is a warning sign, which indicates that the road to the right is not by travel, that is, it leads to a dead end. All this indicates that the driver of the green car has every right to return, as he planned.
The situation with the driver of the red car is somewhat more complicated. He also stands at the intersection and turned the turn indicator. But did he take the right position? Is it possible to turn left or turn from a tram tram of a passing direction located on an equal basis with the road?
The answer to this question is contained in paragraph 11.8 of the current traffic rules. It says that the turn left and the rotation should be made of a tram tram of the passing direction located at the same level with the roadway, for non -acroach of vehicles, if the order of traffic 5.16 “Direction of the strip on the strip of movement” or 5.18 “Direction of the strip” or traffic is not determined.
Indeed, in front of the red car, we see the sign “Direction of traffic on stripes”. According to him, the turn on the left and the turn should be made of the extreme left strip, and not from trams. Simply put, if not for the 5.16 sign, the driver of the red car was supposed to come on the tram track before turning. But since this sign is in front of him, this means that the driver does not break anything.
The fourth answer is correct. None of the drivers DA violates.
