Who will miss the red car? Tasks with yes

When driving drivers, drivers must properly give each other a way so as not to create emergency situations. How to do this safely indicate the current traffic rules.

And you remember what rules the drivers should take place? The test, which published the YouTube channel “according to the rules”, will help you check yourself. Get to know the conditions of the problem and tell me who in this situation should skip the driver of the red car?

In the image with the task, we see part of the road on which we met red and white cars with passengers who move with each other. Both want to turn one way. For red, he must turn right, for white, respectively – on the left. At the same time, they will have to cross the tram track on which the tram goes in the direction of the white car. Whom the driver of the red car should skip here:

  1. only tram;
  2. Only a white car;
  3. must give way to both;
  4. It should not give the way to anyone.

First of all, as always, we pay attention to the type of intersection. There is no traffic light on it, and therefore it is unregulated. But the roads are not equivalent, because we see a sign 2.1 “Basic Road” with a plate 7.8 “Direction of the main road”. According to them, the main driver of the red car is on the main thing. This means that he has an advantage over the driver of a white car moving along a small road.

But it will be more difficult to answer with the tram. At first glance, it seems that the tram is also on a small road, so it should succumb to the red car. In fact, the tram is not on the second road, and not on the main one.

All because the tram paths are outside the intersection, as evidenced by the sign 1.20 “Crossing with the tram path” is supplemented with a plate 7.3.1. Thus, in accordance with paragraph 17.3 of the current rules of movement, outside the intersections where the tram tracks cross the lane of non -core vehicles, the tram is preferred (with the exception of cases when the tram leaves the depot).

This means that at the intersection the driver of the red car has an advantage over the white driver, but outside the intersection he is obliged to give way to the tram. The first answer is correct.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA published a test that was supposed to determine whether it is possible to overtake in the indicated conditions.
