Audi Q6 Sportback E-Tron, the SUV coupe for long journeys

First contact with Audi Q6 Sportback E-Tron, declination coupe of the Q6 E-Tron electric SUV, the first PPE (Premium Platform Electric) base model developed with Porsche. The declared objective of the house of the four rings is to raise the rod of the premium electric d-suvs, focusing on efficiency, performance, digitization and sustainability.
The glance is remarkable, due to a wise design that manages to mask the dimensions: 4.77 m long, with a 2.89 m step, the car offers a 511 liter trunk, plus 64 liters in the front frunk, and towing capacity of up to 2,400 kg.

Lower than 37 mm than the Q6 SUV, with a redesigned roof line, Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron enhances the coupé soul of the Q. The tapered design does not compromise habitability and allows autonomy up to 658 km Wltp, thanks also to the 100 kWh battery and the reduced aerodynamic resistance. The new rear optical groups transform the light into display capable of dialogue with the environment (for example, reporting dangerous situations). Eight configurable light signatures.
The new Full Electic D-SUV combines aerodynamic efficiency (CX 0.28), sports style, advanced technologies and a carbon neutral production at the German Ingolstadt plant.
On board the Audi quality, valuable materials and technology are a certainty.

The object of the short test between Italy and Slovenia the SQ6 Sportback Quattro E-Tron, the most powerful of the range, which with 489 HP (which become 517 in Boost mode). PowerTrain is balanced and fluid disbursement, in order to make the high power all available. The presence on the road is impressive, but at the same time driving is expressed at high level. Precisely the steering, which – depending on the calibrations – changes significantly according to which you travel on the highway, in the city or on the dirt road. Multilink suspension with adaptive pneumatic option, lowered structure for sports versions, progressive steering and predictive management of the dynamics with Audi Drive Select do the rest of the work on the electric sector. 800 Volt architecture allows top -up to 270 kW, with the possibility of recovering 265 km in 10 minutes. The new PPE platform of Audi Integrate more compact engines (up to 30% less), electronic of silicon carbide power and oil cooling, ensuring a +30% power density. Energy recovery covers up to 95% of daily brakes.

Q6 Sportback E-Tron also introduces the Audi Digital Stage, with three OLED screens, 88 “Head-up display, infotainment on Android Automotive and a vocal assistant with access to chatgpt. The safety equipment is wide, with the debut of the driving Drive Assistant Plus, which combines Adaptive Cruise Control, Corsia maintenance and column assistance.
Advanced sensor and car-to-x functions expand the predictive capacity of the system.

Attention also the environment, with the passenger compartment covered in sustainable fabrics such as Cascade and Dynamic, derived from PET and fishing nets. The production is co₂-neutral and without solvents.
Four versions at launch. Two rear-wheel drive (292 HP and 326 HP) and two full-wheel drive Four Electric: Q6 Quattro 387 HP and the SQ6 Sportiva SQ6 of 517 HP, capable of a 0-100 in 4.4 seconds. Autonomy ranges from 547 to 658 km in WLTP cycle. Audi Q6 Sportback E-Tron can be ordered since June 2025 in Italian dealerships. Prices starting from 74,800 euros for the basic version, 80,300 euros for the Long Range performance, 86,500 euros for the Q6 Quattro, up to 100,700 euros for the SQ6 Sportback Quattro sports.
