The rules for overtaking on the road are not the same for all methods of transport. For example, trucks, in accordance with DA conditions, have more restrictions than cars.

In accordance with the conditions of the problem, we have three cars – a car, a blue truck and a gas truck. All of them move in one direction, but the driver of the gas station signals the intention to overtake the car through the left lane. Is it allowed to perform this maneuver? The answer options here are as follows:
- permissible;
- This is allowed provided that the car moves at a speed of less than 30 km/h;
- This is prohibited.
First of all, you need to pay attention to the road on which this situation has three lanes for traffic in one direction, and the driver of the gas truck protrudes ahead of the further left lane. And the current traffic rules indicate that on the roads that have two or more transport stripes in one direction, in the left lane, you can go to the detour, advance or before turning to the left or turn. You can also use the left strip if other strips are busy.
This is the situation depicted in this problem – the extreme law and the middle strip are busy here. But the fact is that the violation in this situation will not happen if such overtime work was done by the car driver.
But for the driver, the gas station in such a maneuver is prohibited by paragraph 11.6 of the current traffic rules. He notes that on roads with three or more traffic in one direction, trucks with a maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons, tractors, independent cars and mechanisms can leave the far left lane only left and turn. Or stop the left, in the case of permitted, for loading or unloading.
Since the mass of gas storage, by the same, exceeds the limit of 3.5 tons, it cannot be overtaken by the far left lane. The third option is to answer this problem.
