According to OBOZ.UA, the upper Alpine A290 Rallye model is designed to strengthen the position of the French electric car and demonstrate its capabilities in extreme conditions. The car was prepared specifically for the rally.
The novelty was built on the basis of the Renault Alpine A290, which takes place at the top of the model as a sports modification. The electric car is made in the style of the budget hatchback Renault R5, which was produced from 1972 to 1996.
The appearance of a special option for rally was more aggressive with advanced wheeled arches, new bumpers and large discs. Complete the image of the sticker on the body.
The most powerful version of the electric car is 220 hp. The stroke is up to 380 km, which provides a battery block of 52 kW -h. There was a mechanical differential of an increase in friction of ZF, an external sound generator and a real “towel”.
The cost of the Alpine A290 is 38,000 euros. And the price of the standard Renault 5 E-Tech Electric is about 25,000 euros. At the same time, the price of Rally alpine A290 is much higher – about 60,000 euros.
