Each driver knows that it is impossible to stop on the road where he is satisfied – he is prohibited by the current DA. But not everyone recalls the relevant provisions that regulate the stopping of vehicles.
Want to test yourself and test knowledge? Use the test that published the YouTube channel “from! Rules.” The task in it is quite simple: you need to carefully study the image and answer, in which place – a, b or b – maybe, in accordance with the requirements of DA, to stop the gray car. This is what could be an answer here:
- only in place;
- In places a and b;
- In places b and b;
- Only in place b;
- only in place;
- All places are prohibited.
To choose the correct answer, you must first note that the road on which the car moves is an expensive road movement. On such roads, stopping on the left and the right edge is allowed.
But the signs that we see in the task have a situation. This is a sign 3.34 “Stop prohibited” with table 7.2.3 “Action area”, which indicates the end of the area with which it is established. Together, they determine that the stop in place A is prohibited, but to stay in place will no longer be a violation of the requirements of the sign.
This has yet to be determined with the place B. This place to the sign “Stop is prohibited.” But it is important to remember that the effect of signs applies only to the other side of the road on which they are installed. Therefore, on the left side is expensive, where the driver of the gray car will be, nothing interferes with the stop.
Therefore, in this situation, two places are allowed – B and B. The third answer is correct.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA published a test that was supposed to determine who violates the rules of movement, fulfilling overtime.
