    At Estelle Pery quality and customer satisfaction Mobilize

    The Renault Group has appointed Estelle Pery as director of quality and satisfaction for the Mobilize brand which, as you know, is dedicated to mobility solutions as a service.
    Pery – who comes from Lease Plan where in 2019 he had assumed the same role – will report to Clotilde Delbos, CEO of Mobilize and will also join the steering committee led by Thierry Charvet, senior vice president of quality for the Renault Group, as well as that of Mobilize.
    A graduate of Lille business school, Pery earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2011 and graduated in emotional intelligence in 2014. She is also involved in the Inter-Elles organization and the GE Women’s Network.
    In its new function, Pery will be responsible for defining and implementing processes to maintain consistent quality among Mobilize products and services, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of all the brand’s customers by creating a path that uses multiple points of contact does not cause slowdowns or interruptions.
    Estelle Pery began her career with the Axa Group in 1996 before joining BNP Paribas in 2003. She then joined GE Money Bank in 2007, where she was appointed Director of Client Relations seven years later. before becoming Director of Operations and Cash at Crédit Mutuel-CIC Leasing Solutions in 2015. In 2019, joining LeasePlan France.
