Banks: Cassa Ravenna, + 17% net profit in 2021

(ANSA) – ROME, FEBRUARY 11 – In 2021, the net profit of Cassa di Ravenna Spa increased significantly to 19.693 million euros (+ 17.1%). This is what we read in a note from the institute chaired by Antonio Patuelli according to which the Board of Directors of the Cassa has approved the proposal for the distribution of a dividend in the form of one share for every 38 owned or, upon request, in cash, 40 euro cents per share. On a consolidated level, the group’s net profit increased to 26.9 million euros (+ 78.04%). The regulatory capital ratios as at 31 December 2021 “confirm the high capitalization of the Group: the Group’s CET 1 Ratio is 13.86% compared to the 7.53% required by the competent Authorities of the Cassa Group as part of the SREP prudential review and assessment, while the Group’s Total Capital Ratio is 15.83% compared to the 11.45% required. ” The group also saw direct customer deposits increased to € 6,303 million (+ 9.22%), indirect deposits increased to € 7,784 million (+ 8.97%), of which € 4,074 million (+ 11.31) of managed savings (including financial-insurance products) Loans to households and businesses grow to 4,255 million euros (+ 9.23%). As regards credit quality, the total of all net impaired loans (bad loans, unlikely to pay and past due) is 2.7% of total net loans (-24.07%). (HANDLE).
