Domori: Lamberto Vallarino Gancia appointed new CEO

(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 23 FEB – The Board of Directors of Domori, by unanimous decision, revoked all the powers attributed to Lelio Mondella as CEO of the company, due to the loss of trust for the company of None; Lamberto Vallarino Gancia, former Vice President of Domori, was appointed in his place with immediate effect. The Board today analyzed the pre-closing data as of December 31, 2021.

Domori’s sales amounted to almost 26 million Euros (+ 40% on 2020 and + 34% on 2019. Based on the pre-closing results, the company can comply with both covenants envisaged by the regulation of the listed minibond, issued in December 2020 for 5 million euros and listed on the ExtraMot PRO3 market, the first financial placement of Domori, which benefited from the public guarantee of Mediocredito Centrale (MCC) equal to 90% of the issued value.
