(ANSA) – MILAN, MARCH 14 – Good session for Mfe-Mediaset in Piazza Affari after the growth of more than 25% of voting rights in the German Prosieben and the hypothesis of consolidation of Spanish activities with the ‘delisting’ of Mediaset Espana from the Stock Exchange of Madrid: the Mfe B stock, the one that best defines the mood of the market, closed up 4.5% to 1.17 euros, continuing to recover from the lows of 7 March at 0.94.
Purchases also on the German media group of which Biscione is already largely the largest shareholder: Prosieben rose in Frankfurt by 3.2% final to 12 euros. Mediaset Espana, which awaits the decisions of the Mfe Board of Directors, suspended by the Spanish Consob during the session, when the stock was up by 2.3% over 5 euros, also gradually increasing from the recent lows of 4 March to 4.2 euros.
