After the hostilities, many houses in the city of Irpen in the Kiev region are destroyed. Some people are evacuating, but some refuse to leave. Despite the difficult situation, residents even rent apartments.

The cheapest option for March 29 is 7000 UAH per month. The apartment is one-room, has 38 sq. m, furnished and equipped. Kyiv, according to the owners, can be reached in 20 minutes.

For the same price, they offer another one-room apartment of 34 sq. m.

500 UAH more expensive, for 7500 UAH per month, you can consider four options for apartments. All of them are one-room, the largest of them has an area of ​​50 square meters. m. For it, for example, the owners ask for the price of rent + payment of utilities.

Many options follow for 8000 UAH and for 8500 UAH. Most of them are one-room apartments, but there are also two-room apartments. However, the price for two-room apartments is still approaching 9000 UAH per month.

The most expensive option I’ve found is 41 391 UAH This is a four-room apartment with two bathrooms, a bedroom, a gym, four balconies and a guest room. For an additional fee, they also offer underground parking.

“Today” has already written that since the beginning of martial law in Ukraine housing prices fell in Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporozhye, Poltava and Odessa.

As experts explained, in cities where there is no visible or large-scale destruction and there is no massive outflow of citizens, the cost of renting 1.2-room apartments up to 50 sq. m, mainly in the quarters of Soviet development, decreased within 30-50%.
