Stock Exchange: Milan closes down with coupons, Autogrill flies

(ANSA) – MILAN, APRIL 19 – The Milan Stock Exchange (-0.96%) closed the session down, with the effect of paying the coupons of eight big names on the main market (Stellantis, Ferrari, Cnh, Unicredit, Banco Bpm, Mediolanum, Prysmian, Campari). A leap in Piazza Affari for Autogrill (+ 12.3%), after rumors about the hypothesis of an aggregation with Dufry that would give birth to a new world leader in travel retail. The spread between BTP and Bund closes at 163 points, with the Italian ten-year yield rising to 2.54%, reaching the levels of June 2019.

With the coupon effect, Banca Mediolanum (-5.6%), Banco Bpm (-4.8%), Unicredit (-3.3%) closed the session in sharp decline.

Stellantis also slips (-5.2%), which in addition to the payment of the dividend also announced to suspend the production activity of the Kaluga plant, in Russia. Also bad was Prysmian (-2.2%), Campari (-0.9%) and Ferrari (-0.6). On the other hand, Cnh rose (+ 0.14%).

Energy and utilities weak, with the decline in oil and gas. In the red Eni, Enel and A2a (-0.3%). Strong rise for Saipem (+ 3.8%), Iveco (+ 2.9%), Pirelli (+ 1.4%) and Stm (+ 1.2%). (HANDLE).
