Despite the rather unstable situation with fuel in Ukraine due to the war, new types of gasoline appear at some Ukrainian gas stations. Recently, Ukrainian drivers can fill their cars with A-95 ECO gasoline.

This was reported by the network of petrol stations BVS on its page on the social network Facebook.

The new type of fuel consists of A-95 gasoline and bioethanol. Gasoline has several advantages over traditional fuels, namely:

  • high knock resistance, thanks to which the engine of the machine runs smoothly;
  • improved fuel combustion process;
  • cleanliness in the combustion chamber and an extended replacement interval for motor lubricants;
  • environmental friendliness.

Fuel market situation

In early spring, the Ukrainian government abolished the excise tax and reduced VAT on motor fuels to 7%. Experts note that thanks to such decisions, it was possible to prevent a shortage and a significant increase in fuel prices. Ukrainians will now save over UAH 4.5 billion monthly.

At the same time, Sergey Kuyun, director of the A-95 Consulting Group, noted that small and medium-sized companies refuse to supply goods to the east of the country, because it is unprofitable. The net profit of the companies is from 0.9 to 1.8 UAH/l of fuel.

Earlier we talked about what would happen if you mix A-92 and A-95 gasoline in one car, and found out the prices for fuel in the USA.
