The network is again complaining about the work of Monobank, accusing the financial institution of taking the last money from customers from the bank.

So, the girl writes that she is a student, and her parents are now in besieged Mariupol. On the “black” card of Monobank, she had credit funds, and on the “white” card, her acquaintances recently sent financial assistance.

“Monobank blocked access to cards! Technical support said that they decided to stop cooperation and do not want to withdraw money from a white card. And in order to withdraw these funds, I need to pay off the debt”– the girl said in the message.

The bank has not yet officially commented on the message, but noted that they had already contacted their client to clarify the information.

Credit holidays from PrivatBank

PrivatBank, under martial law, announced March 1 to June 1, 2022 credit holidays for their clients. But it’s still not worth forgetting to pay off debts so that the bank can continue its activities.
