(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 11 – Francesco Profumo, president of the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, was unanimously confirmed as president of Acri Acri – Association of Foundations and Savings Banks Spa, by the assembly that appointed the new Council for the three-year period 2022-2024. This is what we read in a note according to which the Council, with the involvement of the territorial divisions that aggregate the Foundations, will elect the members of the Executive Committee and, among these, upon designation by the President, will appoint the vice-presidents of the Association in the first session, scheduled for the first half of June.
The Shareholders’ Meeting also renewed the composition of the Board of Auditors, the Small and Medium-sized Foundations Committee and the Banking Companies Committee. (HANDLE).
