Who is called to work in Poland? The most demanded vacancies for Ukrainian workers

41% of Polish companies offer Ukrainians salaries of 55 thousand UAH, and up to 22 thousand UAH are offered by a third of employers

The neighboring country Poland is actively offering work to Ukrainians. Job advertisements can be found in every Ukrainian city and in any format.

According to the personnel portal grc.ua, the average salary offered to Ukrainians by Polish employers is about UAH 35,000.

At the same time, a third of employers (33%) promise to pay up to UAH 22.2 thousand, another 26% of vacancies offer compensation up to UAH 44 thousand. Higher salaries (from 55 thousand UAH) are offered by 41% of companies from Poland.

Who is most often offered a job:

  • workers (14%);
  • IT specialists (13% of all current vacancies in the region);
  • candidates from the sphere of “Production / Agriculture” (12%).
  • specialists from the field of “Marketing, advertising, PR” (9%);
  • Sales candidates (7%).

Least of all vacancies (less than 0.1%) openly in the categories “Sports, Fitness, Beauty Salons”, “Arts, Entertainment, Mass Media” and “Security”.

Ukrainians choose Germany to earn money

Ukrainian migrant workers who helped to reduce the labor shortage in Poland are increasingly leaving to earn money in Germany.

According to the official employment office, the number of Ukrainians requesting registration in Poland is growing by 20% annually. But they do not stay there to live and work, but go to neighboring Germany.

By the way, workers from Ukraine refuse to work in Poland picking apples and choose an easier job. Farmers have to cheaply export apples abroad, because this way they can somehow earn money.
