Ukrainians are increasingly offered work in Poland, the salary depends both on the position and work experience.

According to the HR portal grc.ua, the highest salary offered by employers from Poland is in Ukrainian IT specialists.

Average salary of the category – 86 thousand UAH… It is not necessary to know Polish, the main thing is fluent English, readiness to move to Poland and impeccable technical skills.

In second place in terms of wages – vacancies from “Construction, real estate” area (about 60 thousand UAH). The salary level depends on the position and work experience. For example, a foreman of a construction team can receive up to UAH 65 thousand, while a concrete worker or road worker can expect up to UAH 40 thousand.

On the third place – logisticians and drivers (the average salary is 46 thousand UAH). A little less (42 thousand UAH) are received in the field of production and agriculture.

Closing the top five highest paid positions in Poland – sales specialists (40 thousand UAH). At the same time, taking into account bonuses and various additional payments, the salary may be higher. For example, a sales representative of an FMCG company can receive up to UAH 60 thousand. Knowledge of the Polish language, readiness for frequent business trips and goodwill are mandatory requirements for job seekers.

Who is most often offered a job in Poland

  • IT specialists (13% of all current vacancies in the region);
  • candidates from the sphere of “Production / Agriculture” (12%).
  • specialists from the field of “Marketing, advertising, PR” (9%);
  • Sales candidates (7%).

The smallest number of vacancies (less than 0.1%) are open in the categories “Sports, fitness, beauty salons”, “Arts, entertainment, mass media” and “Security”.

By the way, workers from Ukraine refuse to work in Poland picking apples and choose an easier job. Farmers have to cheaply export apples abroad, because this way they can somehow earn money.
