93% of Italians say they are already active or willing to adopt virtuous energy-saving behaviors: sacrifices yes, but not on air conditioning and heating, according to a research by Changes Unipol elaborated by Ipsos on how the behaviors and attitudes of Italians are changing in everyday life of the current energy crisis scenario.
In detail, the research shows, only 31% of Italians are ready to give up air conditioning, while only 44% are willing to reduce the temperature of the radiators. More attention, on the other hand, to sustainable mobility: 63% of respondents are willing to reduce car use in the next six months, for 58% the next car will be hybrid or electric.
Between the cities, Bologna rrecords the most virtuous behaviors compared to the average of the Italian Metropolitan areas: 48% against 43% in all the areas evaluated. Among the generations, the Baby Boomers (57-74 years) are the most likely to implement virtuous behaviors for the environment. Generation Z (16-26 years), on the other hand, is the most virtuous only in terms of sustainable mobility (34%).
