The client of “Nova Poshta” complained about the terrible packaging of the parcel received, for which she paid 125 UAH.

The woman posted this on Facebook.

From the published photos it can be seen that the cardboard packaging is completely wet. The client was surprised by this approach to sending orders. According to her, UAH 125 was paid for this.

“Nova Poshta” knows how to surprise! Explain, please, what is it? Then you will get money for the sender’s box. Say it’s yours. Where was the package when it arrived? The money for this was paid in the amount of 125 UAH!” the woman wrote.
