(ANSA) – MILAN, 20 JUN – A mixed start to the week for the main stock exchanges in Asia and the Pacific. Tokyo lost 0.74%, Taiwan 1.75%, Seoul 2.04% and Sidney 0.64%. In contrast, Hong Kong (+ 0.2%) and Shanghai (+ 0.7%), still open together with Mumbai (+ 0.39%). Futurtes on Europe are positive, while Wall Street and the Nasdaq will be closed today for holidays. Producer prices in Germany rose beyond estimates in May on the day in which the president of the ECB Christgine Lagarde and the president of the Fed of Saint Louis Jim Bullard speak.
Crude oil rose ((Wti + 0.27% to 109.86 dollars per barrel) and above all gas (+ 5.39% to 124.08 euros per MWh in Amsterdam). Gold fell (-0, 13% at 1,843.11 dollars the onvia) and other metals, while in the currency field the dollar lost share against the yen and the euro and appears unchanged against the pound.
Microprocessor manufacturers Tokyo Electron (-5.2%), Screen Holdings (-5.18%) and Advantest (-1.79%) are under pressure on the Tokyo market. (HANDLE).
