Stock Exchange: Milan suffers (-2.4%), spread rises towards 197 points

(ANSA) – MILAN, 22 JUN – Piazza Affari suffers (Ftse Mib -2.4% to 21,558 points) with the differential between Italian BTPs and German ten-year Bunds (196.8 points) now projected towards 197 points and the annual yield Italian down by 4.6 points to 3.362%. The basket of large stocks is almost completely in the red, with the exception of Campari (+ 0.31%), which is holding up in positive territory in line with the sector in Europe, and Fineco (+ 0.2%).

Under pressure Saipem (-1.6.8%), which set a discount of 30% on the theoretical price ex-right for the 3 billion euro capital increase, which will be fully covered by Eni and Cdp shareholders and by underwriting syndicate banks. Also under fire Tenaris (-5.47%), slowed by the decline in steel (-0.41% to $ 4,170 per ton), iron (-3.05% to $ 731.5 per ton) and lgreggio (-4.65% to 104.43 dollars a barrel) pending US weekly stocks. A2a (-4.6%) and Enel (-3.02%) are also holding back, due to the effects of drought on hydroelectric production. Tensions between China and Taiwan slow down the microprocessor sector represented by Stm (-3.56%), while the alarm on world economic growth penalizes Stellantis (-4.12%), Leonardo (-3.89%), Iveco (-3.86%) and Cnh (-3.71%).
