We tell you what housing prices were set by the owners of apartments in the capital of Poland

In Ukraine, in most cities, the recovery in the real estate market continues after the start of martial law. In the meantime, we decided to look at prices for apartments in Poland.
Segodnya used the OLX.pl service and tell how much you can buy a one-room apartment in a new building in Warsaw.
Prices start from almost UAH 2 million
In this segment, the cheapest ad for a one-room apartment offers housing for PLN 265,205 (UAH 1,771,182). This is a small apartment of 18.7 sq. m. The commissioning of the new building took place in May this year. The building itself has a reception, a gym, and there are charging stations for electric vehicles nearby.
There are a dozen offers in the price range from PLN 300,000 to PLN 400,000 (UAH 2,003,562 – UAH 2,671,416). For example, a large apartment of 30 sq. sold for PLN 386,150 (UAH 2,578,918). It is already ready, but the new owners need to do the repairs themselves.
For a great price – PLN 401,896 (UAH 2,684,078) – you can buy housing that was built with many environmental solutions. This is an apartment of 26.18 sq. m., which has a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a hall and a balcony. The city center, as noted in the announcement, can be reached in 13 minutes. The house is still being completed, however, according to the project, the apartment may look like this:
You can also buy an apartment in a new house in 2021, but already with a finished renovation. For example, there are ads for housing on 21 sq. m. with all necessary for housing appliances and repairs. The price of this apartment – PLN 450,000 (UAH 3,005,343).
There are enough options for apartments in the price range from PLN 500,000 (UAH 3,339,270) to PLN 600,000 (UAH 4,007,124). The most expensive studio apartment in a new building in Warsaw that we managed to find costs PLN 732,000 (UAH 4,888,691). Its area is 31.64 square meters. and the house is located next to important infrastructure.
Ukrainians in Poland will be paid another 900 zlotys
Earlier, Segodnya was told that Ukrainians who came to Poland since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine will be given 10,000 special free cards of the Biedronka trading network for shopping.
Each such card will be replenished with 300 PLN (about UAH 2,070) monthly for 3 months. So, one person can get up to PLN 900 (UAH 6,206) additional assistance. However, one family will be able to receive a maximum of three cards for a total of PLN 2,700 (18 620 UAH).
