(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 28 JUN – Commitment to define the new Fincantieri company contract by the end of the year and a one-off payment (in addition, of course, to the PdR) of 350 euros gross equal for all, paid in the month of September. It is the “certainly important result and in discontinuity with the recent past in the context of the previous 2020 and 2021 extensions”, as argued by the national secretariats of Fim, Fiom and Uilm, of a hypothetical agreement signed in Uniundustria Rome, between Fincantieri and unions themselves. An agreement that has restarted the negotiations for the renewal of the supplement starting from the extension for the period 1/7 – 31/12/22. This is the first relationship between the trade union side and the new administration of the group, led by CEO Pierroberto Folgiero; the negotiations for the renewal of the company contract will begin on July 27th.
From next week, the assemblies will be held on the construction sites and in the offices to present and make the workers vote the hypothesis.
