In Ukrainian cities occupied by the Russian Federation, residents can neither go out, nor earn money, nor receive normal services and buy goods at normal prices. In Mariupol, people are forced to buy a bottle of water for 100 UAH. And in Kherson, shops began to introduce “in-kind exchange” and “food loans”.

The press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine spoke about the situation in which the Ukrainians found themselves in the occupation.

Goods are released even on loan

In the occupied cities of Ukraine, people have financial problems, they cannot carry out basic operations, and besides, they cannot buy food.

Therefore, in the shops of Kherson now introduced “natural exchange”. That is, goods are exchanged for some other goods.

“At the same time, the seller each time separately agrees with the buyer on the rate of such an exchange,” scouts say.

Besides, in stores recorded “grocery loans”. That is, sellers release goods on loan, and often at 10-20%.

According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, the invaders began to kidnap people, namely, employees of former heads of municipal institutions and organizations, middle managers (heads of departments and directors of departments) of local executive authorities.

“This is due to the attempts of the occupation administration to ‘persuade’ them to cooperate with the occupiers and return to their previous workplace in order to resume the work of the relevant organization or service,” – the message says.

The photographs show a very old renovation, and beautiful photos from other places taken before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine have been added to the gallery.

In the announcement, Melitopol, temporarily occupied by the aggressor, is called a city in the Russian Federation. For such an apartment, the owner wants to receive 2.5 million rubles (about UAH 1.4 million).
