Tim, Leonardo, Cdp and Sogei exercised the right of pre-emption in the European tender for the assignment of the construction and management of the National Strategic Pole (Psn) launched last January by Difesa Servizi, the central commissioning department of the Department for Digital transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
It can be read in a note in which it is indicated that the 4 Groups operating as ‘promoter’, have undertaken to “fulfill their contractual obligations under the same conditions offered by the current provisional contractor”.
The Psn project involves the construction and management of an infrastructure for the provision of cloud solutions and services for the Public Administration, with the aim of ensuring “the highest possible level of efficiency, security and reliability of data”, is explained .
The initiative is part of the overall plan to accelerate the country’s digital transformation to “provide innovative services to citizens and businesses, as envisaged by the NRP and by regulatory interventions on digital infrastructures.
