Stock Exchange: Milan closed brilliantly (+ 3%) with energy and banks

(ANSA) – MILAN, 07 JUL – The Milan Stock Exchange (+ 3.05%) ends brilliantly and wears the pink jersey in Europe. Piazza Affari was supported by the sharp rise in energy, cars and banks. The spread between BTPs and German Bunds rose to 198 points, with the Italian ten-year yield rising to 3.29%.

In the main list, Saipem jumped (+ 24.30%) in the third last session before the deadline for exercising the rights on the € 2 billion capital increase set for next Monday. Tenaris (+ 10.1%) and Eni (+ 2.7%) also rose sharply. The car sector also performed well with Iveco (+ 7.2%), Stellantis (+ 7.1%) and Cnh (+ 6.1%).

Banks toast with Unicredit earning 6.6%.

Banco Bpm (+ 6.1%), Bper (+ 5.2%) and Intesa (+ 4%). Avanza Fineco (+ 5.1%), after the positive data of the June inflows.

On the day of the capital market, Tim closed well (+ 1.2%).

Utilities are also positive with gas raising its head to 183 euros per megawatt hour. A2a (+ 1.9%), Enel (+ 1.7%) and Hera (+ 1.1%) are on display. In contrast, Amplifon which lost 4.3%. (HANDLE).
