Top manager Reputation, Messina still first in June

In June Carlo Messina of Intesa Sanpaolo remains steadfast in first place in the Top Manager Reputation ranking, followed by Claudio Descalzi of Eni; in third place Francesco Starace of Enel. This is the result of the Reputation Science ranking that underlines the growth of the strategic weight of leadership and geopolitics.

In the last month, the CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo, in addition to having launched a project with the Belisario Foundation to support female talents and companies, inaugurated the new research laboratory dedicated to artificial intelligence and presented the Gallerie d’Italia di Palazzo Turinetti in Turin, paid attention to politics, with appreciation for the work done by the Draghi government, and to the theme of financial independence (and not only) of Italy, a geopolitical matter. A figure that, Reputation Science notes, “highlights the true leadership of great executives, especially in turbulent years like these”.

Not surprisingly, among the strategic dimensions with the greatest impact, in June that relating to leadership grew (49%, + 2% compared to the last month). In fact, it is confirmed according to Claudio Descalzi (80.05) of Eni, engaged on the delicate international front of energy supplies and relations with Russia. Salt to third Francesco Starace (79.53): Enel’s CEO underlined the company’s commitment to the Net Zero goal by 2040, ten years earlier than expected.

In the ranking then follows Matteo Del Fante (79.38) and the protagonists of the Industry cluster, led by Stellantis, advance: the president John Elkann (75.40), increasingly involved with Ferrari on the issue of electrification, gains fifth place, the CEO climbs up to 16th place Carlos Tavares (60.46).

The energy sector consolidated their positions with Stefano Antonio Donnarumma (75.19) of Terna e Renato Mazzoncini (72.58) of A2A, and the one dedicated to fashion with Brunello Cucinelli (68.99), Giorgio Armani (68.05), Remo Ruffini (62.17) and Renzo Rosso (61.26).

Salt among the top 10 managers Luigi Ferraris (67.29) of the Italian State Railways. Growing Urban Cairo (64.16). In the Finance world they are confirmed Philippe Donnet (61.74) of Assicurazioni Generali e Alessandro Benetton (60.60), as it approaches the top15 Andrea Orcel (59.12) of Unicredit. In the top100 strong rise of Pietro Labriola by Tim (+31 positions).
