(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 03 – The recovery in air traffic pushes ENAV’s half-year profit which doubled to 27.7 million euros compared to the first half of 2021. As stated in a note, the increase in net profit it also contributed to “cost control and the consolidation of the reference regulatory and tariff framework”. Flights to Italy, in the first half of 2022, grew by 158.7% compared to the same period last year, while at European level there was an average growth of 128.7%, according to the group.
Total revenues thus increased to 412.1 million euros, an increase of 9.9% compared to the first half of 2021. Revenues from operating activities to 392.5 million euros more than doubled compared to the first half of 2021 while the operating margin gross (Ebitda) reached 97 million euros, an increase of 26.6% compared to the first half of 2021.
