The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the new composition of the board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and terminated the powers of the previous one.
This is stated on the website of “Ukrzaliznytsia” on October 26.
Interim head of the company became Alexander Kamyshin.
Prior to that, Kamyshin was a temporary acting. The new board members are Grigory Boyko, Evgeny Lyashchenko, Orest Logunov, Alexander Pertsovsky and Roman Chernitsky.
This composition of the company’s board is also temporary, and the final one will be approved by the general meeting of shareholders.
