The woman wrote about this on her personal Facebook page and attached a photo of an envelope with a through hole.

The client wrote that the document was important to her and it was damaged next to the surname, despite the fact that it was additionally packed into a file.

The postal operator reacted to the woman’s indignation and asked her for a photo of the damaged shipment and the invoice number to clarify all the circumstances.

After receiving all the data, the employees of “Novaya Poshta” apologized and offered to send the woman a gift as compensation.
