(ANSA) – ROME, NOVEMBER 17 – Beppe Ghisolfi was reconfirmed today on the Board of Directors of WSBI, the worldwide institute of savings banks, in the plenary assembly held in Paris. Ghisolfi is the only representative in charge of Italy in the institute.
Spaniard Isidro Faine ‘was reconfirmed as President.
Beppe Ghisolfi, Treasurer and Vice President of the European Group of Savings Banks (and formerly Abi Vice President), is in his second term and will remain in office until 2024.
The institution brings together 6,000 banks and institutions that have over one billion consumers and 15,000 billion dollars of assets. With regard to Italy, the association between the Acri savings banks adheres to the world institute. (HANDLE).
