“Don’t give Putin money!” Poland warned of the danger of Nord Stream 2

Germany must abandon the Russian Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline for the sake of peace.

This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in an interview with Bild.

According to the prime minister, if Olaf Scholz becomes the new chancellor, he will offer him not to give Putin money in the form of payment for energy resources.

“I will tell him: we are defending the EU border here in Poland! And if we talk about the broader picture: let’s work together for peace and not give Putin additional money in the form of payments for energy resources, so that he cannot continue to build up arms,” ​​he said prime minister.

Nord Stream 2 certification

Ukrainian Naftogaz got the opportunity to take part in the certification of Nord Stream 2 and will try to prove its danger to the German regulator.

However, our expert, economist Aleksey Kushch believes that Naftogaz will hardly be able to somehow prevent the launch of the pipeline, since his opinion will simply not be taken into account.
