First unanimous go-ahead of the Chamber of the Chamber to the bill that innovates the system of compensation of the credits accrued by the companies towards the public administration. The measure, approved in Montecitorio 393 with votes in favor and no against, passes to the Senate.
The text repeals the discipline of the so-called interim compensation. It extends the possibility of offsetting the tax debts registered in the role also with certified credits, claimed from the Public Administration, deriving from professional services.
With reference to the timing, it is specified that the provisions on compensable credits also apply to the sums contained in the charges entrusted to the collection agent after 30 September 2013 and, in any case, by 31 December of the second year prior to that in which compensation is requested.
