Ukrainians name the main three advantages:

Ukrainians working in Poland claim that they can afford more for a salary there, and they are also attracted by the possibility of career growth.

“Many start their career with physical work in Polish factories and plants, and later, having learned the language, move to more paid positions and open their own business. At the moment, about 25% of foreign entrepreneurs in Poland are Ukrainians,” says Anna Jobold.

Also, migrants are attracted by cheaper mortgages than at home. For 5 years, Ukrainians have been the leaders in the purchase of housing in Poland among foreigners.
