(ANSA) – MILAN, NOV 25 – Asian stock exchanges in no particular order while European futures are positive without being able to count on the day of the Wall Street lighthouse, closed for the Thanksgiving holiday like the other US financial markets.
Tokyo ends up 0.67% and Hong Kong moves along the same line (+ 0.26%). Shanghai, on the other hand, fell 0.24% with investors alert to moves to support the economy after Beijing asked local governments to push on investments in order to counter the slowdown in growth. Seoul is also bad (-0.47%) where the Korean Central Bank has raised interest rates from 0.75 to 1% to curb inflation, as did the New Zealand Central Bank.
