The Board of Digital Magics has given the chairman a mandate to call the assembly for next December 15, 2021 and, if necessary, in second call on December 16, 2021, for the approval of the transaction.
The shares of Digital Magics are currently moving on the stock market around + 2.08% to 3.92 euros (ANSA).
