He announced this on the website of the Ministry of Finance.

The client says that this is not the first time such a situation, however, with the last replenishment, the amount was rather large, and the funds did not come at all.

“I replenished the card of another bank through PrivatBank, this is not the first time this situation. The first time I replenished with 500, 300 came, it is impossible to contact anyone. Okay 200, this time I replenished with 1000, there is no money, this is too much,” he writes he.

The bank replied that the issue will not be resolved until they receive the results of collection.

“This application for a refund has been accepted for work. For its processing, we are waiting for the results of collection. We will do our best to give an answer as soon as possible,” wrote PrivatBank.
