An employee of “Nova Poshta” dropped from the parcel and soiled the client’s expensive fur coat right in front of her eyes.
The woman wrote about this on her Facebook page.
According to the client, her fur coat was packed in two bags and the employee had to put it in an additional box.
The operator who served the woman put an invoice inside the packages and subsequently began to look for her in the same parcel. Because of this coat fell off and fell to the floor.
Then the employee, according to the woman, began right in front of her somehow to “stuff” the thing back into the packages, and answered the client’s remark: “Well, it’s still in the box!”
“I pay money for the service, but in the end I get rudeness and not a cheap fur coat thrown out on the dirty floor,” the post says.

The woman was asked to provide some details in order to convey information about the behavior of a particular employee to management.
