Insolent mother of Britney Spears is trying to shake off money from the singer after all the horror that she experienced

Last year, Britney Spears finally became free – the court removed the artist’s father from years of guardianship over her. However, this family conflicts have not disappeared from the star. Now Britney is in trouble with her mother, who demands more than 600 thousand dollars from her.

The money supposedly should go to pay for the services of lawyers used by Lynn Spears. The woman claims that it was she and her lawyers who helped speed up the release of Britney from guardianship, reports Page Six. Although the artist herself used to blame everything that happened, it was her mother.

Lynn’s lawyers, in turn, assure that in 2019, Britney herself “begged her mother” to save her from the “incredibly abusive actions of her father” Jamie Spears.

The lawyers added that after their intervention, the case got off the ground and the artist received the first concessions in custody: she was able to go on vacation to Miami, and her treatment program was radically changed.

Since Britney asked her mother to make these efforts, and since the efforts being made were very successful, Lynn believes that the efforts should be compensated, the lawyers explained.

However, Britney Spears herself does not agree with this. Moreover, she has already applied to the judge with a request to refuse her mother’s claim for payment of court costs.

The singer’s lawyer says Britney has already spent nearly $1.7 million to keep her mother living “in a big expensive house” and not denying herself anything.

Hearings are scheduled for July 20 in a Los Angeles court, where the case of removing guardianship from the singer was considered.
