Yegor Krutogolov from the Diesel Show justified himself for the racist scandal: There is no malicious intent in us

In one of the episodes of the humorous show, a scene with a black actor was shown. After that, the Ukrainian blogger recorded a video in which he accused Diesel Show of racism.

The art director and actor of “Diesel Show” Yegor Krutogolov first commented on the accusations of racism. He noted that they did not want to offend anyone.

The fact that humor can be offensive to someone, I do not exclude it. But believe me, there is no malicious intent or evil in us in general, – said Yegor Krutogolov to the journalists of Zirkovoi Shlyakh on the Ukraina TV channel.

How it all started

According to Viktor Vemun, the authors of the show invited him to play Taras Bulba for the Netflix series, which “burned out” and became black. He refused to participate in such a number.

A little later on the air after all showed this number, but with a different actor. Comedians ridiculed Netflix’s new standards and tolerance, joked about blacks and the LGBT community.

Vemuna looked at the number and decided to record a video message.

While from the main humorous scenes of the country there will be vomit that their skin color is burnt white, until then this will be carried on the streets, – said the actor and blogger on his Instagram.
