EastEnders star Matt DiAngelo’s wife Sophia Perry has given birth to twins: a girl and a boy.
The 34-year-old actor, who played Dean Weeks on the BBC soap opera, shared an adorable photo of his newcomers on Instagram on Tuesday as he announced the happy news.
He wrote: “My beautiful wife @sophiaperry has given birth to two happy, healthy babies and is raising them. I’m in the kitchen trying to invent a sterilizer.

He shared two beautiful bundles of joy, snuggled up sleeping next to each other wearing pink and blue hats and holding hands.
In April, Matt announced that his wife Sofia was pregnant and that the couple were expecting twins.

The couple was jumping up and down the sweet clip before Matt scooped Sofia up in his arms.
He wrote: “The lottery of life” still has a long way to go, but we feel very blessed. The boys will be called JACK and the girls POT.’
The couple was inundated with congratulatory messages from their closest and dearest.

Matt and Sophie were married in September 2021 in a ceremony at Grosvenor Chapel in London.
