(ANSA) – PESARO, 02 NOV – Rossini Opera Festival superintendent Ernesto Palacio spoke at the Opera and Future Forum conference, held at the Dalgubul Hall of the Daegu Arts Center in Daegu (South Korea) as part of the Daegu Unesco Music Festival. Participants included representatives of the New National Theater of Tokyo, New Opera of Singapore, National Theater of Mannheim (Germany), National Theater of Brno (Czech Republic), Hungarian State Opera, Mongolian State Opera & Ballet, Teatro Comunale of Ferrara. Ernesto Palacio’s report, included in the Suggestions for theaters to overcome crisis session, was entitled The Rof at the time of the pandemic, and illustrated the various problems faced by the Festival in the last two editions, successfully staged despite the anti Covid restrictions 19. The invitation to Daegu follows a memorandum of understanding signed in 2018 between the city of Pesaro and that of Daegu, both included in the Unesco Creative Cities Network (Uccn). Through this memorandum, the two cities, in accordance with the mission and objectives of the network, promote cultural exchanges and cooperation projects. (HANDLE).
